Accommodation

At present the university is able to offer housing to all students. AUST strives to offer housing to all its incoming students. However the university cannot guarantee a space to all.

Priority is given to foreign students and to Nigerian students outside of Abuja immediate vicinity.

Currently, all of the university's students live on campus. AUST also offers housing and dining for faculty and some staffs.

Housing options available on campus range from furnished dormitory-style rooms (Nkrumah Hall)...

... to furnished apartments/bungalows for senior staffs and faculties and PhD Students (Nyerere Hall).

The bungalows are designated for faculties who bring their spouse/family with them.
